What does it actually cost?
A setup fee and a monthly retainer, set on the call against your part mix and volume. We do not publish a figure because a floor answering 300 requests a month and one answering 30 are not the same conversation.
Is the pilot really free?
Yes. One part, your package, your history, and the quote generated in front of you. Nothing is paid until you have watched it work.
What happens if we stop after the pilot?
Nothing is owed and your data comes back to you. That is the point of pricing the pilot at zero.
Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. It reads live material, stock and work-center data from whatever you run.
Is there a minimum term?
No. It runs month to month and you can stop with 30 days notice. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to a year you regret signing.
What happens to the configuration if we leave?
Your data comes back to you, including your rates, your routings and your indexed history. The configuration itself runs on our system, so it stops working when the retainer stops.
Do you charge per user?
No. Put every estimator, the sales head and the GM on it at no extra cost. Charging per seat would push you to keep people out of the system, which defeats the point of it.
